From the calendar
Official source · Faculty of Arts & ScienceHow can new ideas and technologies be transformed into valuable startups? This course introduces a strategic framework for innovation-driven entrepreneurship, focusing on the key choices startup founders face. It emphasizes the balance between experimentation and learning on the one hand and making core strategic decisions to build a competitive edge on the other. Through interactive lectures, case studies, and hands-on exercises, students will apply the framework across a range of industries. The course is highly discussion-based - attendance and active participation are an important part of the assessment, and the use of electronic devices during class is strongly discouraged. The course is not eligible for CR/NCR option.

This is a student-contributed aggregate, not an official University of Toronto record. It is also not a measure of how hard the course is — a course average moves with who enrols in it, not only with the material.
The newest observation is from Winter 2023. Instructors, weighting and exam format may all have changed since — treat this as history, not a forecast.
Per-term figures stay hidden until each term clears five contributors. 4 observations can support one honest number; they cannot support 4.
